As for Diskeeper, yes, I have used that and Perfect Disk and many more. And I am actually working on another video that would list some of these tools.

A better and more efficient alternative is a completely automatic defragger like Diskeeper09. It has a lot of advanced features like low free space defrag, system files defrag and the ability to defrag under extreme fragmentation conditions.</description>
